Ebay API intergration with excel database

I use an excel database to process my ebay sales and I want the data i need from ebay automatically inserted into the database.

There are 10 columns in the database that require infomation from ebay.

I only need to be able to access the new ebay sales data.

I believe it is a requirement that work with ebay APIs you must be a member of the ebay developers program.

Please let me know if your ideas for how this project can be completed,
