Deployment problem with windows application

Hi,

I have made a windows application. I want to install it on another computer. I performed deployment but I got error while installing on another computer.
The path to my sql database is set for my computer, since on it I have installed SQL SERVER and made a database. How to set the path so I can easy install the application on another computer to access a database on his computer? How to solve a problem with the path to the database?
