CPU history Usage

Please open your task manager and jump to Performance tab

I'd love to draw such a CPU USage history graphs. But, I don't know what data to read in for the drawing;
I have no idea how to make my graphs run asynchronously with the program

Can you guide me step by step to draw a similar graph ?
