techfest 2008 and microsoft present knockout!!

Techfest is the Annual International Science and Technology Festival of IIT Bombay, India. With the distinction of being the largest of its kind in Asia, Techfest attracts a crowd of over 30000 from various colleges in India and abroad, in competitions that are considered to be a class of their own.

Techfest 2008 Presents Knock Out! , a Robotics Programming skill contest powered by Microsoft Robotics Studio.

In this competition teams will compete against each other by developing a Sumo Wrestler algorithm for Robots (that can run both in Simulation and Hardware Platform supported by Microsoft Robotics Studio). So try this out!

Team Techfest 2008

In the start window I get the button 'Try It' which I clicked. But it still ends after 10 minutes.

I am totally new to this, can someone explain it to me that what is "Microsoft Robotics Studio"? Is it about designing robots with the help of this software?
