COM Object C++ and VBA

Hi

I am trying to create a class in C++ which needs to be accessible in VBA. I believe I can do it using COM objects. However, my understanding is that COM does not allow multiple versions to exist on the computer. Is there a better way to implement this ? Thanks in advance
