Help Desk Software

I found Help Desk Software script named "HESK". It allows you to setup a ticket based support system for your website very easily and few quick steps and works without much of maintenance needed for yourself.

The think I like about them is it has all the features the big and expensive help desks software's provide. It's user-friendly, lightweight and above all its free.

HESK.com also offers a remotely Hosted Help Desk for a small monthly fee.

Very nice find!

I've been paying a monthly fee for a hosted service from ZenDesk. Zendesk if very good, but for us small business entrepreneurs even $40/mnth can add up quick.

I will check this one out.
