programming languages

Regarding programming languages Do you think you can help?? How are compiled and interpreted environments different? What are the advantages of each? Describe a programming system that could combine the best features of both environments.

Usually the "Introduce Yourself" section isn't for this kind of question, but here goes...

This will be much easier if you visit my, wiki.

You can have as many compilers and interpreters as you want.

On my computers, I have these installed:
0. gcc (for C/C++)
1. Python
2. Perl
3. Tcl
4. Ruby
5. Java
6. NASM (for Assembly)

My wiki has links to these programs, so you can get them all. I suggest learning Python first.
