drawing mohr's circle in C++

can i insert a formula in openGL to find out the radius for circle juz like wat we can do in C or C++?coz i know how to draw a 3D's mohr's circle but i dun know how can i change the radius by setting radius as a variable..
my tilte is draw out a mohr's circle by using C or C++, and this is a 3D's stress transformation problem..
