runtime error in windows server 2003

hai,
i am facing a runtime error in windwows server 2003 and the runtime error is indicated as follows " Runtime Error! Program: This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
"[/b][/size][/size]this was explained in
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/916177

but this does not fix the issue

Can anyone help me in fixing the issue.
